Management of a Swedish-Hungarian defense industry company jointly with the Swedish owner. In addition to standard operational management tasks, this involved the management of R&D activities, as well as the development of the international sales and marketing of the company’s products in Western Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. It also involved increasing the company strength form 15 to 80 persons, and extending the operation to 4 countries.
It was here, during the time spent with Pro Patria Electronics that the FGPI team grew together, and then seceded and was established as a separate company.
